The MMF-9117 covers a wide range of milk beverages with its eight operating modes. Whether it's dense milk foam for cappuccino, airy foam for latte macchiato, hot chocolate milk, soy or cashew milk foam, cold foam for iced coffee, or milk-based baby food – this device offers the right function for almost every need. For optimal frothing results, the manufacturer recommends using whole milk with a fat content of over 3 percent.
Heat transfer occurs via induction – evenly and without direct contact with the heating source. This significantly reduces the risk of burnt milk and ensures exceptionally quiet operation with a noise level of around 50 decibels. After 60 seconds of inactivity, the device automatically switches to standby mode.
The whisk is driven by radial magnetic technology: magnets in the base drive the whisk contactlessly and evenly. The result is a smooth, stable, and delicate milk foam – comparable to professionally prepared foam from a coffee shop.
The MMF-9117 is operated via a single central knob that can be rotated and pressed. A modern OLED display clearly and dynamically shows the menu and operating status. The handling is designed to be understandable for users of all age groups without any learning curve.
